- Adviser to the Queensland Resources Council on the QR Access Undertaking (including developing a user funding model, standard access agreements and connection agreement).
- Adviser to mining companies in relation to rail haulage and access agreements.
- Adviser to the State of Queensland in relation to the development of the Wiggins Island coal terminal.
- Adviser to Peabody in relation to the Port Kembla Coal Terminal.
- Adviser to Brookfield Infrastructure (previously Prime and BBI) in relation to the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (having drafted the Terminal’s access undertaking and standard access agreement, drafted and negotiated all user agreements and advised on the $1.1b stage 7X expansion).
- Adviser to CP Mining in relation to the development of the Cape Preston port and trans-shipment terminal.
- Adviser to Rio Tinto Iron Ore in relation to the $1.4b upgrade of the Dampier Port and $800M upgrade of Cape Lambert.

- Adviser to QIT in relation to the development of a port and facilities in Madagascar.

- Adviser to a miner in relation to the Queensland Bulk Handling terminal at the Port of Brisbane.

- Adviser to Comalco in relation to the development of the Comalco Alumina Refinery.
- Adviser to mining companies on the development and expansion of numerous mines (including for Rio Tinto Iron Ore in relation to the development of Eastern Ranges, the upgrade of Yandi, the expansion of Brockman, the expansion of Tom Price and development of West Angelas and for Barrick the Cowal gold mine).
- Adviser to miners in relation to long term contract mining agreements (including the Curragh, Callide, Millmerran and Placer mines).
- Adviser to miners in relation to the procurement of mining fleet (including draglines, shovels and trucks).
- Adviser to miners in relation to coal, iron ore, bauxite and gold sales agreements.
Oil and gas and power
- Adviser to Santos and GLNG in relation to the development of the Gladstone LNG Project (including upstream coal seam gas fields, pipeline, LNG trains and port development).
- Adviser to Santos in relation to an FPSO for the Phu Khan Basin.
- Drafting and negotiating technology licences for the Conoco Phillips Cascade Optimised process.
- Adviser to the proponent of the PNG to Queensland Gas Pipeline.
- Adviser to InterGen in relation to a merchant, project financed greenfield 800MW gas-fired CCGT power station in Singapore.
- Adviser to Samsung in relation to numerous power projects.
