Freehills has again been named an Employer of Choice in ALB Magazine’s annual survey.
The independent survey determines the best law firms to work for by surveying employees voluntarily with questions including basic demographics, workload, pay and work-life balance. Respondents are also asked to rank firms in relation to compensation, reputation, quality of work, professional development and training, and work-life balance.
Freehills Director, People and Development, Gareth Bennett applauded the listing, saying that the recognition really reflected Freehills’ ongoing commitment to its employees.
