- adviser to Brisbane City Council on the refranchising of Brisbane Ferries.
- adviser to the owners/developers of Newington Village, Homebush, for the Sydney 2000 Games
- adviser to a consortium tendering for development of the Multi-Use Arena, for the Sydney 2000 Games
- adviser to a bidder for the Homebush Bay raillink for the Sydney 2000 Games
- adviser to the developer of the KENS office tower development in Sydney's CBD including negotiation of key construction and leasing documents.
- adviser to the Prospect Water Partnership with respect to the build, own, operate and transfer of the Prospect Water Filtration Plant
- adviser to Australian Water Services in respect of the design, build and operation project for Noosa Coastal Wastewater Treatment Plant
- adviser to Australian Water Services in respect of the operations of the Cronulla Wastewater Treatment Plant.
