Integrated strata developments
Frank has acted for major developers in integrated strata developments and has worked on some of the most complex and largest projects undertaken in Western Australia. He has been involved in a number of multi level strata apartment developments and strata tourist developments in the metropolitan and country areas. This has involved preparing documents and providing advice on the development, funding, subdivision and the sale of residential and commercial apartments in those developments, both 'off the plan' and following construction.Master planned land subdivisions
Frank has acted for a number of developers in master planned land subdivisions. This has involved providing documentation for, and advice on, all facets of the project including preparing standard sales contracts, providing advice on subdivisions and restrictive covenants, preparing contracts for a builder's display village, providing advice on management issues and preparing tender documents for establishing schools, town centres and other community facilities.
Sales and acquisitions
Frank has been involved in numerous sales and acquisitions of shopping centres, commercial buildings and other property interests. These transactions have involved undertaking due diligence and negotiating transaction documents.
Leasing
Frank has acted for major organisations in complex leasing negotiations, representing those organisations, both as lessors and lessees. He is also responsible for all leasing work for a number of major corporations.
