Industry experience

Nick provides clients with advice in relation to income tax, GST, stamp duty, PRRT, other miscellaneous taxes and superannuation. Nick has particular expertise in:

  • cross-border transactions and structuring
  • property developments
  • corporate M&A, and
  • debt and equity raisings.

Professional background

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Sciences (Mathematical Statistics) from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Tax from the University of NSW.  He is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
